NEWARK VALLEY -- The First Congregational United Church of Christ will make a bold move -- at least in the eyes of some national UCC officials -- to widen its ministry this Sunday when the small congregation officially declares itself to be "Open and Affirming" to gays, lesbians and bisexuals.
