Click For Full Size Justin Michael Van Pelt, 27, a Kansas City native and graduate of Lee's Summit High School, will reprise his role as Hedwig in Hedwig and The Angry Inch for the fourth time beginning Feb. 29 at the new Off Center Theatre in Crown Center.
