Is ther any way to make my hands appear less wrinkled? What products can I use to help with this? How well does estrogen work on feminizing a girl's hands?

Hi Sarah -

I'm not sure there's anything specific for wrinkles, a good hand cream or moisturizer might help.

Slather on a whoooole lot of moisturizer, I mean ridiculous gloppy amounts of moisturizer.. and then put on some clean, soft gloves, and wait an hour or so.  It won't get rid of wrinkles, but it will make your hands softer. :)

Hormones and time I say. I had the hands of a stone mason and now they are very soft but I still have the deep wrinkles. ( I`m 11 months on hormones)

Yes, hormones actually do wonders in this area. That's actually one of the things I used to feel self-conscious about were my male-ish, wrinkly, rough hands. Now they are softer, the pores have shrunk, and the fact that the hair is lighter and thinner makes them appear smaller and softer as well. Hormones and time, like Angie says. You can never have too much moisturizer as well though.

Is there a particular product you guys use?

Any old moisturizer will do, use your favorite. :) Something nice and thick, though.

I think I'm going to try Bag Balm. Farmers use it on cow's udders and if it can keep a cow's boobies soft, it can help my hands.

Corn Huskers work good too.  I use nice and soft from avon

Get palm olive, add to warm water and soak hands. Works wonders for me

E has made makes everything softer on me, including my hands. They are also somewhat smaller and a lot less
strong I assume due to muscle loss. I've always used a lotion on my hands and for a guy they were soft but the
change since E has been amazing. My wife has always told me a that I have a woman's hands but now they
are even softer than hers... to the point where she has become obsessed with taking better care of hers. Any
of the treatments like retin-A will work on your hands like it does on the face. I have read that you can get laser
treatment (I think it's IPL) to tighten the skin on your hands.

My wife suggested a paraffin treatment and a good manicure. Hey, maybe she's starting to come around!

Hemp based handcreams are supposed to be really good.
Also anything with lanolin is probably going to be heavy duty too.

I like my scarred hands, with their short broken nails. These hands say they have done something, they have lived ;)

I have to say that in my professional life (as a man), men with well manicured hands are very common so, getting soft hands with manicured nails even with glossy, clear polish, is almost expected.
