Everyone is different, but at 3 months and half i think you will end up getting right back to where you was before starting HRT if you quit totaly. And your body will not skip a beat and keep on doing what it did in the past.

a doctor i asked told me that : if you stop the hrt your male hormone will increase and your body will change from it i did once stopped my hrt for one month (both E and anti-androgen)
i did it for one time 2011 and another time in 2012 (my friends advice me to do that so my liver will clean itself from the toxic ) but i noticed some change my adam apple appear more my facial hair increase not to forget the male desire erection was crazy  :-\  but i was like that before my hrt so i think my body back to before the hrt
btw i started hrt 2009 so its long time more than you and my body back to "the normal male hormone levels "  i think i didnt done any blood work that time but with what happened i think its return to male level while my friend who advice my at the first place did not had any effects and she take half of what i take she look so feminine and without adam apple (but she told me that even the men in her family dont have it so i think its genetic )
its difference from someone to another but yes after you stop your hrt the male hormone return to it level before the hrt
i dont know if you continue to take small dose of anti androgen will hold the T levels or not

plus the balls supposed to shrank and have Chemical castration after years of hrt  :-\

anyway i hope that i holped  ;D
