People opting for sex change often go for plastic surgery to change from a feminine to masculine look or vice versa. Since they also change their clothing, hair and makeup they can be virtually unidentifiable.first off, grs isn't the same as having a nose job. iow it isn't cosmetic surgery. idiots! and by the way, next year i'm going for a "new look" from female to male. jerks! yet it's a comment/article from a NON-TRANSSEXUAL person..so we can't expect much!
