For those who keep it as simple as a true-false question, in any context, the answer is obvious: true, a 14-year-old is not an adult. I believe the move to try any 14-year-old as an adult is flawed, and, in the case of the tragic murder of Larry King, it is singularly the certain adult decision that is guaranteed to add more suffering.
