Tuesday, March 4th the Massachusetts Legislature's Joint Committee on the Judiciary will be hearing testimony on House Bill 1722, "An Act Relative to Gender-Based Discrimination and Hate Crimes".  The bill will add transgender and gender non-conforming people to the state's non-discrimination and hate crimes laws.  A similar gay civil rights act passed in 1989.

PLEASE SHOW YOUR SUPPORT by testifying, by just being present and/or by contacting your legislators beforehand and telling them why it is important to you that this legislation gets passed.  Your support is needed because believe me, Haters Inc. will be there in force.
