'Beautiful City' musical has a little urban blightmarred by repetitiveness

"This Beautiful City," an enterprising musical that examines what evangelical Christians believe and how those views influence local, state and national politics, is akin to a passionate and overly long sermon.

There are interesting points that make one sit up and take notice, and moments that allow insight into a person's faith in God.
