"CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia lawmakers argued last week
about cross-dressing office workers, drag queen school teachers and
the prevalence of HIV among gay people before advancing legislation to
add sexual orientation to the state's Human Rights and Fair Housing
acts."
