Day of Silence: Friday, April 25th, 2008

http://qublgbt.wordpress.com/2008/03/21/day-of-silence-friday-april-25th-2008/

Day of Silence is a national youth movement protesting the silence faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their allies. People are deliberately silent for the day to echo that silence, which is caused by harassment, prejudice and discrimination. Ending the silence is the first step toward fighting these injustices.
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." Oscar Wilde
