Q: How do I leave a channel when I am finished
A: There are 3 ways to leave a channel
1 if you want to leave the channel and the server you can type in the text area /quit
2 If you want to leave the channel to another type in the text area /join #channel name
3 If you have 2 or more channels open and you wish to drop one you can type /part #channel
