Lowell: A growing transgender population has affected society in many ways, college life among them. Samuel Lurie (right), founder of Transgender Training and Advocacy, which helps train clinicians and the public about transgender issues, will discuss "Trans U: An Overview of Transgender Issues on Campus" tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at Middlesex Community College's Lowell campus cafeteria, 33 Kearney Square.
