I've heard that sesame can help grow bigger breasts. Either eating it or massaging the breasts with sesame oil. Is there anything to this?

Good thing I like tahini.

"The seeds are rich in manganese, copper, and calcium (90 mg per tablespoon for unhulled seeds, 10 mg for hulled), and contain vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin E (tocopherol). They contain lignans, including unique content of sesamin, which are phytoestrogens with antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Among edible oils from six plants, sesame oil had the highest antioxidant content. Sesame seeds also contain phytosterols associated with reduced levels of blood cholesterol, but do not contain caffeine. The nutrients of sesame seeds are better absorbed if they are ground or pulverized before consumption.

Women of ancient Babylon would eat halva, a mixture of honey and sesame seeds to prolong youth and beauty..."

don't do it if it hurts inside,
'cause either way you're screwed,
eventually you'll find
you may as well feel good;
you may as well have some pride

Hmmmm... Dark Tahini.

Bigger Hmmmm... Hummus made with dark tahini.

If sesame does help, then I'm on the right track.  ;D

Couldn't hurt! I love tahini, and already eat plenty of it. Maybe I'll make hummus for lunch, w/ halvah for dessert  ;D

Sounds like a really yummy way to have luscious boobs!  It couldn't hurt.  There are plenty off great things in sesame.  I, for one, doubt that you would get that much benefit from the levels a normal person would consume.  I would sure love to be wrong, though.
