Just a question for you all, I read that someone (can't remember who) still felt abdominal cramps around the time when they would have their period, but because of the HRT they don't have one anymore.

First I was just wondering if any of you who bind, still feel soreness/tenderness in your breasts if you're on HRT and is it bad enough to affect your binding? Even those of you who aren't taking hormones, the same question applies to you. I hope it's not too personal.

The reason I'm asking is because, while I'm not FtM and am not considering transitioning, I've been thinking of trying out binding, and most every month I have some pretty painful soreness before my period that diminishes sometime during it, and I'm wondering if it would feel worse if I were ever to bind.

i bought the lumbar back brace and made to modifications, but im still having problems. im a 36c and i keep coming out. it pushes up and makes clevage or if i pull up to hide the top it comes out of the bottom too much any suggestions

When you're putting it on lay down on your back. This makes your moobs go out to the sides. I find when I do this the binder is more comfortable and I can make it tighter = flatter chest. It does take acouple of tries to get it perfectly in place. Make sure that it's not crooked. You don't want it down too low or up too high. Keep adjusting. Also while the binder is on try adjusting your moobs so that they're pulled out to the side instead of down.
