i don't know the whole details of this case but there are still loopholes--one real big one--they haven't found the body. i know miss navajo admitted she hit brenda with a bottle and then dumped her in a trash bin, but she was still alive. this is almost as weird as some shows i see on tv. the body was never found, who's to say someone else hasn't found her and taking her to the hospital and she's in acoma under the name Jane Doe or another name? even if that isn't the case, i'm glad the verdict was only life in prison because it would stink for the judicial system to sentence someone to death and then they find the supposed dead person isn't really dead. i'm not saying i condone her actions or anything, just that i don't believe all the facts are on the table till they find her body. and i sympathise with the family for losing their loved one. i hope everyone gets what they deserve.

Best Wishes,

Ummm, admitted she hit brenda with a bottle and then dumped her in a trash bin {ed. note: For Money}.   That alone, would be reckless disregard for human life, and during a robbery (that's the doing it to steal the money part) a pretty heavy charge on its own.  I'm sure they've checked the hospitals around Vegas for Jane Doe's, I'm sure her lawyer did it again.  The reason you put a body in a trash bin - a dempster dumpster I think - is to get rid of it.  And I'm sure Las Vegas has tons of trash every day.  Easy to lose a body in all that.  So, spot of bad luck, putting it in the trash, if she needed it to prove she was not guilty of murder.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

i think it was probably done out of fear, even if she didn't hide the body, she would have been convicted of assault, of course it would have been a lesser charge, and if she hadn't hidden the body yes maybe the death(if happened) could have been ruled accidental. i'm just glad they didn't rule for the death penalty. if brenda is dead the body will turn up sooner or later. they always do....lol
