What do you folks think of this Transhumanist's take on gender?  Is gender a disease, as he says?

George Dvorsky is a leading Transhumanist from Toronto (he founded the Toronto chapter of the WTA (World Transhumanist Association) and coined the term "Postgenderism" (which in wiki is merged in with ->-bleeped-<-")
