I see the first stage of the fight for transgender rights as having the right to wear the clothing of the opposite sex without having a negative stigma attached to those who do so. I am not fighting for the right for people to dress in a slutty or distasteful manner. I would hope that all people, females included can exercise good tastes and judgment in choosing what they wear. I would not fight in the slightest for the right for people to wear lingerie in public. Negligee were intended for the bedroom and thats where they should stay. When someone looks at a transgender person who passes imperfectly they don't think there's a TS. They think that's a man in womans clothing. They shouldn't think that there is anything at all is strange or unusual about this. Women have this right and ability already though there can still be a slight negative public perception against those who do so.

I agree susan but this is a fight i dont think we will ever win , there have been many attemps at unisex and feminine clothing for men , but the people that are the problems are the ones that fear anything out of the ordinary , and i think we will be stuck with them forever.

It's not gonna happen over night . I see this as being a multigenerational process.
