Non-penile inversion method is what some Thai surgeons like Dr. Suporn and Dr. Chettawut have been using recently, yes there are risks like with any other methods but it is supposed to provide stretchy inner labia and a more elastic vaginal wall with better depth and width. If it wasn't better than the older methods, surgeons wouldn't move onto this technique in my opinion. I think this method looks more realistic in appearance.
It doesn't matter though, at the end of the day, all man-made vaginas have oddly positioned vulvas that are a lower to natal ones. That's a big give-away, also some women get a stumpy leftover around the entry that swells up during arousal, and most ts vaginas don't have inner lips going around the vulva, the bottom ends of the inner labia connect above it. So a man you are going to sleep with does not have to be a doctor or a surgeon to know; by looking an touching, they will know.
