I'm 6'2 feet tall. My hands are fairly small for my height, which still makes them bigger than most women's, but they don't look big.
My feet are unfortunatly very big though, size 45 by European standards. (Which according to another poster is 12 US and 10 UK)

Quoteso girls... i wanna hear how tall are you and what size shoes you wear,
and does height pose a problem for you when it comes to passing?

I'm 5-10 and size 8.5 feet and small hands... I have so much more to worry about than
height and feet/hand size. :)

What is considered a female range head size?

Actually, women have bigger head in proportion to their bodies than men.
They're usually rounder both from front to back and top to bottom.

They're cranium is slightly smaller in the absolute, but since they're smaller
it winds up being proportionally significantly bigger. This, added to women
having less broad upper bodies makes the head much more proemininent in
women than in men.

One thing that's funny is that female's usually have bigger foreheads
than men. Men's forehead look big just because part of the top front of thier head
shows from losing hair.

Prorportionally
- So, women have a larger and higher forehead, but more rounded instead of flat and
inclined towards the back.
- The middle face is slightly smaller vertically (not by much)
in females, but larger horizontally (but not by much).
- The lower face is usually much bigger in males both horizontally and vertically.

6'4" for my height, size 14 for my dress size. Large hands, and size 15 womens(us scale). Oh and I weigh 240, but don't look overweight. Yet I pass, go figure.  ;D

I'm 5'5", 145, size 6 US men's (size 7-8 for women's US, sorry I don't know the others sizing for other countries). My hands are small, but I think my fingers are thick. I don't remember my ring size, but they look a little pudgy to me.

I don't think size really has that much to do with passability, there are many taller women, it's all about confidence and how you act, talk, put the whole package together :)

5'10", 145+/- lbs, measurements en femme are 36(C) 28 35 (this is as wide as I can go using pads without looking freakish).

Hands- My hands are screwy, they are medium sized with long fingers, but, ring fingers are missing a bone at wrist, which make my ring fingers short, then on left hand, I am missinng the tips of my index and middle fingers due to a fight with a tablesaw.

Shoe sizing, womens US sizing, I wear a size 10 1/2 - 11 wide width runner, heels of course vary between 11-13 depending upon make, origin, weither or not the worker was in a good mood, etc...

My voice is my biggest problem, then I'd say movements, hands, hips, adams apple, teeth (I don't smile much), facial hair... height and shoe size are pretty low on my list.

I'm 5'10" (178cm) and my US womens' shoe size is 9½ (EU 41, UK 7½). Before I started HRT it was US women's 10½, but HRT caused my feet to shrink and now even 10 is too large for me. I wear 3" heels so I actually stand 6'1" when dressed up. The last time I tried flats, I was wearing a minidress; looking in a full-length mirror, I was disappointed my legs didn't look as sexy, so I guess I'm addicted to heels now.

One of my counselors cited my big hands as a giveaway, but I don't think my hands are that disproportionately large for a woman of my height. My head has always been big for me, so that should help with overall proportionality.

I have been full time for over 6 months, and passing very well the whole time. I get a lot of compliments on my looks.

5'10 . Size 9-10 . 178 pounds and losing. Hands are the same size as my mommy's.  I am a little broad shoulder for a woman of my type but for a man I am average to less. I pass pretty well.

There are a lot of you at 5' 10".......are women in America much taller than we are in England?

I'm 5' 7" and I think that's tall compared to the women in the area in which I live..
  •

Just Mandy

No I don't think women are taller here but it depends on your location. In work settings I would say
most women are 5"-6" or under. I rarely see a women that is even close to my height.  But if you hang
around universities and women athletes like volleyball, basketball and the like you will fit in or even feel
short at 5"-10". At 5'-10" a women is in the top 1% of all women as far a height is concerned. A man needs
to be 6'-9" to be in the top 1%.

My SO was(is) an athlete and she is over an inch taller than me but all her friends were the same or
taller. It's amazing how much self-confidence tall women have and I've found that other women really envy
them because they are tall. So from my perspective being a tall woman is not in any way a bad thing.

As I understand it, there used to be a disparity due to the higher standard of living in the US post world-war two. Since then though, the EU has overtaken the US in comparative access to quality nutrition and healthcare, so one should see things changing as the younger generations grow up.

That's a good point Simone... I think each generation is getting taller... and fatter.

I don't get it! My weight is currently 171 and losing. I've been dieting and have just reduced from 188# in the last two months. I was scarcely heavier than you... and we're the same height... so how on earth are you able to squeeze into size 9? I've been wearing 14! And size 14 still fits me. Something doesn't add up here. Well, my waist has reduced from 37" to 34½ and I am starting to notice my skirts are getting too loose around the waist. Maybe I'm ready for 12.

I'm 5'-10" also and 15 pounds lighter at 155 and I can button a size 4M but 5-6M is fine (and more
comfortable). I think I have a very small frame and most of my mass is upper body muscle still.

Hmm, I'm big-boned and my muscle mass is already way down. When I started wearing dresses I wore size 18, but with HRT I quickly went down to 14.

There may be some difference in sizing too.. I'm amazed that a size 6 is not very consistent
across brands.

Yeah, nobody knows any more what size a given number actually is.

Maybe your hips and behind are larger. Which is definitely not a bad thing.  ;)

True. I've always had that, one of my most feminine features. It used to embarrass me, but now I glory in it. :)

I'm 5'8" size 7.5-8.5 women shoes US...depends on who makes them. Its pretty hard to find mens 6-6.5 size shoes so I mostly wear womens. Works out great...average is size 8 womens U.S.

Hands are small enough to wear a womans medium glove but like many others...my fingers look thick and pudgy. But I have really small hands. I'm pretty heavy...not really willing to divulge my weight at this point.
