From life before my "awakening" to the boy I am, and when I sometimes 'crossdress' (dress like a female in my female body... I call it crossdressing. Shh. It's rare, but it happens.)
1. Stiletto heels of good quality can be found in almost any fetish shop, and some higher-end shoe stores. I'd try the fetish shops first though, they probably have what you're looking for. Be prepared for a thinner wallet, though.
2. I see women with fringes everywhere, and indeed 'bob' cuts are getting more and more popular. I had one for a number of months last year, and I see them just about everywhere I go. Fringes/Bangs are still in, love, just gotta do 'em right.
3. I prefer side and rear zip skirts. Stretch skirts are the more 'hippie' trend that's floating around nowadays, but I'm all about the short plaid skirts when I do 'crossdress,' or the plain black with pleats. Think schoolgirl or think sexy executive, that's what I go for.
4. Pull skirt up, drop panties, sit. Depends on the skirt though, how long it is. Anything longer than knee, I drop like pants... Anything knee-length or shorter I pull up.
5. Claire's. Popular chain around here (British Columbia, Canada) but usually tattoo places are better to go to for more eccentrically styled piercings. (Yes, multi-pierced is referred to as eccentrically styled by the modern day conservative populous.)
Anyways. I hope I was some help.
*Goes back to his boxers, his pizza, his D&D and his video games.* Gah, this girly-talk gives me the shivers.
