Villupuram (Tamil Nadu), Apr.22 (ANI): Tamil Nadu is playing host to a weeklong festival dedicated to transgenders with the objective of facilitating their eventual entry into the existing social mainstream.
The festival, which began on Sunday, is held annually at 'Koovagam' in the states Villupuram District.
