Ho-Ho-Ho: The Last Laugh

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/04/30/AR2008043004004.html

For the seven years he has owned the landmark Toutorsky Mansion in Dupont Circle, Humberto Gonzalez feuded with neighbors, who blocked his attempt to expand the elegant Victorian bed-and-breakfast and called the cops on his parties. And now, with the historic property up for sale for $7.5 million under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Gonzalez recently sent out eyebrow-raising invitations for one climactic bash:

The neighbors were worried about this becoming a Bed and Breakfast and because of that for one night only we will have a Red Light District Party!

The Evite (to 700 folks) went on to promise "hot girls, guys and transgenders on the front windows a la Amsterdam style! . . . Come as a whore, pimp, or transgender."
