A Metiodioplasty

Hey folks,

     I thought is was time to offer my experiences almost one month post op. Not if waking up to a film crew was not enough on surgery day, but the catheter was absolute hell. That was the worst as far as pain went. The pain from a mastectomy was worse that the pain from my bottom surgery. That is the good news. There is just alot of stitching of the scrotal stuff, and the underside of the penis. Mostly it becomes itchy from healing. You are suppose to wait 6 weeks for ANY sexual stuff, but we went against doctors orders, and I will say it is not a good idea the first couple of weeks. Having an orgasm is painful for a bit. We still have not had "sex" yet, but close. Also I must say that all the talk we hear about "not big enough for penetration" is simply not true. At least in my case, and I'm thinking for alot of other guys too. Anyway, there is my update.

This is something I've been wondering about as well. There are many bioguys with dicks about an inch in length that expand to 4 inches and sometimes bigger when erect. If this isn't too personal, have you found this to be the case after your surgery?

Osiris-  What I will say is it is big enough to penetrate. A few inches is beter than none. Am I right or am I right? No, it is not the same as a guy with a 6 inch dick, but it is ofcourse all in how you use it. I have seen pictures of bio guys with tiny ones. Sop at least some of us trans guys can compare ourselves to them.

No idea as I'm pre-T but there's not much there now so I'm preparing for the worst (minimal growth).  I'd throw a party if I got 2 inches...

Hey guys, again it has been too long since I have been around. Growth depends on the person. Everyone is different. You need to give it 1.5 years on T they say for optimum growth before surgery. I was on T a bit longer than that before my meta surgery. I was was lucky enough to be bigger than normal before T so my growth was good. I have read it will not grow after surgery. It does get slightly larger during an erection. I am happy with my results. Just the fact that penatration is a reality is amazing
