Curious to know if someone can point me in direction of finding out what effects HRT can have on the male body. Good and bad sides, as well as possible cost to have things changed as well as advice if its possible for someone with currently low income to be able to transition.  I know this isn't something that can happen overnight, but I just need to find a way I can slowly take steps towards it because I know it can be a pretty long process to change physically and mentally adjust to being more open about being a woman as well as the change to living like a male to living like a female.

Hi, Cherry, welcome to Susan's

I believe this i s alink that will serve you well with your question:

https://www.susans.org/wiki/Hormone_replacement_therapy_(male-to-female)

also, the low-income thing, if you do it right i believe you can transition as much as you want to. i also am low income and did find a therapist in my area that deals with gender identity disorders. if you already ready have a small female wardrobe this is a good time depending on where you are to add to it or start building it so you don't waste a lot of money. garage sales will be popping up all around soon and then of course there is always the clearance racks at the stores. i don't know your style of dress or anything but when you find somethin that suits you you will know. my wife usually goes shopping for clothes with me or i buy a lot of my stuff on ebay. i hope this helps.

Best Wishes on your journey,
Warrior Princess,
Mickie
