"STAFFORD — A man who gained brief notoriety as the "Cross-Dressing
Bandit,'' for his use of women's fashion as a disguise, was arrested
following a failed hold-up at a Morris County bank and will now face
charges in connection with an April 28 robbery at a Bay Avenue
Commerce Bank, police said."
