Joel Osteen declines invitation to gay family picnic

Joel Osteen has evidently turned down an offer to attend a picnic on Saturday for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender families, according to the Houston Chronicle.

"In brief Houston's Rev. Joel Osteen has apparently declined an invitation to attend a picnic for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender families," the reporter writes.

I guess this one just wasn't meant to be. While I had hoped that Osteen would send out a message that "gay Christians" are ok by attending the function being organized by Tammy Faye Messner's son, Rev. Jay Bakker.

Well I'm sure that finding out that gay families eat the same things on picnics, have the same problems and all that would have been too much for the poor dear to take.

Well I'm sure that finding out that gay families eat the same things on picnics, have the same problems and all that would have been too much for the poor dear to take.

Yes, I heard they were serving hot dogs and his wife would not let him go.

Much like Patty Duke, a hot dog makes him lose control.

Well I'm sure that finding out that gay families eat the same things on picnics, have the same problems and all that would have been too much for the poor dear to take.

The thing I find scariest on those gay picnics are the gay ants!

i have never been on a gay picnic. i realise this most now be rectified. I just didn't know they were organising picnic's sexually nowadays.
