You have a good chance of living to 80.
You show good signs of living a long life, but there are still a few longevity risk factors you are not taking seriously enough, or unfortunately, there are risk factors you cannot control, such as family history, which accounts for about 30% of your health risk. While nothing can 100% accurately predict what age you'll live to, especially because accidents account for many premature deaths, the following are steps you should be taking to preserve your health now in order to extend your future.

Try to live in an area with healthy air quality to limit your exposure to air pollutants that may cause cancer and accelerate aging.
Get an education to help increase your socioeconomic status, which increases your chance of receiving things like quality health care.
Learn to deal with stress and anger more effectively for health and safety reasons.
Don't smoke or use other tobacco products, which contribute to 20% of cancer deaths.
Drink alcohol in moderation.
Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and low-fat dairy and avoid processed foods, saturated and trans fats. This will also help you maintain a healthy weight.
Exercise at least three times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Have regular check-ups with your doctor, especially the older you get, to screen for risk factors associated with cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases. Also let your doctor know what your health family history looks like.
Always wear your seat belt to help prevent deaths in case of an accident. And don't forget to always drive safely!

You might not make it to age 80.
You may be unlucky with uncontrollable risk factors that can contribute to an early death or you may not being taking proper care of your health, but your life expectancy outlook doesn't look too good. Even though people who live very unhealthy lifestyles sometimes do live past the age of 100, that's not the case for the majority of people. So why not start doing your part in increasing the odds of living longer and avoiding the top three causes of premature deaths: heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Yeah saw that coming a mile away.

I hate these things where they want you sign up with your email address and then shove advertising down your throat only after you have spent 15 minutes of your time (slow download here) to go through 24 html pages to do the quiz.  I already get too much spam.  And I especially don't have time to pass up "special offers".

I filled 'em all out but abandoned the test right at the finish line.

I would ask that everyone consider this when posting links of this nature.  If you must post, please indicate that they will be asking for this information upon conclusion of the quiz.

... in a nasty mood, Cindi

I hate those type of sites too Cindi...I use http://www.mailinator.com/ for a
disposable email address... simple and fast. Just makeup the email on the fly.

Oh... seems as though I have a good chance of living to 80... I think it's flawed though... did not
include GID questions :)
