The guest speaker at a luncheon last week for Delta Air Lines GLEN (Gay and Lesbian Employees Network) was Margaret S. Stumpp, PhD, the Chief Investment Officer of Quantitative Management Associates (QMA).
This is a subsidiary of Prudential Financial.  According to my source who attended the luncheon, Margaret is post-op and transitioned in the workplace but I don't know anything about her.

However, the best news out of this luncheon was when the president of GLEN stated that Delta's HR department is committed to achieving a score of 100 on the HRC 2009 report by adding gender identity to the corporate equality statement.  Also he mentioned that one employee has indicated they will begin transition at work.  I find all of this exciting since I wrote a letter before I retired to the Executive VP of Human Resources encouraging them to add gender identity.  Oh well, it only took six additional years.
