New door opens for transgenders

"College authorities are given instructions on behalf of Department of Education to provide separate bathroom facilities and seat arrangements for transgenders in the last row of the classroom. Applications are being distributed by the colleges of these districts which come under the Madurai Zone of Collegiate Education."
