In this context, I think it's closest synonym would be "whippersnapper."  He was laughing when he said it.  No offense meant, that's for sure.

a chav NO NO.. im no chav. i just dress hip hop.. chavs around here are people who wear fake stuff and sleep with there sisters. LOL. kinda like i UK hillbilly lol

I would say you pass as a 14 or 15 year old male in all your pictures except the first and I think it was the second to last.  Those 2 would make me wonder a little bit, but all of the other I don't think I would question if you were a male to much.

Interesting, I've usually heard the term chav in relation to those who dress the whole hip hop thing. I guess depends on your area then?

Yeh maybe.. But i dont see myself as a chav.. But i now what ur saying some people seem to think i am.. Or they calle me gangsta or homie. but i live in a small community. when i go to london. its so diff everone is dressed like me.. anyways thnks for everyones opinion

I think chav refers basically to what we would call in the US "white trash".
