That's quite the bummer. The people who don't love you truly and dearly are the people that abondon you. The one person who can never abandon you and should always love you, is you. Go for it. Go for your dream and what you know to be right for yourself. People will come and go, life is much better if you are true to yourself. I learned that after years of suffering. I'm terribly sorry that your former significant other did that to you. You have my sympathy and I hope that you can find inner peace.

My ex and I only communicate through lawyers. I'm mad as heck because she took advantage of me before, during and now even after the being divorced for 5 years she's still trying to get more money from me. I've been making the house payment but I'm fed up. I've already told her she needs to refinance in her name only 'cuz I'm not paying any more. I gave her 'til Sept so I'm counting the days and if I have to, I'll let the bank take it back and don't care what it does to my credit.
