They experience the same feelings, but because they are already women, people don't say they're disordered.  Autogynophilia is only applied to birth males.

Well right now I'm not auto-anything, so why am I still experiencing body image dysphoria?

I think the love of pretty and sexy clothes is universal. There wouldn't be so many crossdressers in this day and age if it were acceptable for men to wear pretty things.

And females get turned on by wearing underthings too. When I was in school, the required skirts and hose made me happy. Well I hated it, but the feeling of the hose and the skirt pleased me nonetheless.
Used to rub lotion on the hose and my legs would tingle. So pretty, silky, velvety clothing turns everyone on. Just as Lisbeth said, men who like it are seen as weirdos whereas women who like it are seen as normal.
