Carleton's Student Musical Theater group would like to take you on a strange journey, inviting you to give yourself over to absolute pleasure as they present Richard O'Brien's cult classic, "The Rocky Horror Show." The production runs from May 28 through May 31 at 8 p.m. each night in the Little Nourse Theater. A special midnight performance, for which no reservations will be taken, will also be presented on Friday, May 30. Though the production is not intended for all audiences, all performances are free and open to the public.

"The Rocky Horror Show" tells the story of an innocent young couple who stumble upon the castle of transvestite alien Dr. Frank-N-Furter on the night that he is to unveil his new creation, Rocky Horror, to his assembled convention of visitors from the planet Transsexual. Director Alex Higgin-Houser '10 (Richfield, Minn.) suggests that if audience members come with "an open heart and a dirty mind... we promise to chill you, thrill you, and fulfill you."
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." Oscar Wilde
