I rarely have time to spend cooking a lavish meal, so I tend to rely on a few quick and easy meals that I fix every day.  The problem is, though I like the recipes I fix, I'm getting awfully tired of them.  So I thought it might be fun to do a recipe exchange.  They should be recipes that can be fixed in 30 minutes or less, that you have tried and enjoyed.  Here's one of my old favorites:

Warning:  I'm a splash 'n' dash kind of cook, so this may not be exact.

Creamy Garlic Cheese Pasta w/Vegetables

1 block of Boursin herb and garlic cheese spread
2 cups (or so) of your favorite chopped or frozen vegetables
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup(ish) milk
1 package pasta

Saute vegetables and onion until they are soft and the onion is translucent.  In the same pan, melt the block of cheese over the vegetables (if you can't get Boursin - or don't want to spend $6 on a block of cheese - Allouette or plain old garlic and herb Philly will do, though they are not as good, imo.)  Stir in enough milk to bring the cheese to a heavy cream consistency.  Pour the whole lot over cooked pasta.  Enjoy.
