When will HRT get here?

I know, I know... bad, bad moi for misleading some, but hairloss is such an important issue for me that I thought I'd name replacing my hair "Hair Replacement Technology"   I've read where they are saying a decade from now (probably after a celebrity feels it's important enough to go on national television about), we will have the ability to grow as much hair on our heads as we want.  Anyone else here keeping track of this stuff?
