I hate spiro

"Not Spiro Agnew, for those old enough or historically minded enough to recognize that infamous name. No, I'm referring to spironolactone, or "spiro" for short. Sprio is a drug used to treat hypertension, among other things. Pre-op and non-op trans women like myself, however, take it for one of its side effects. In sufficient dosage, it suppresses the action (not the production) of testosterone."
