I have noticed that since I have been on HRT for awhile that my neck seems to be getting slimmer. I did not notice it as much since I wear T shirts most of the time. But today when I put on my polo shirt I noticed that the neck seems smaller than it was before. Has anyone noticed this happening to them?

After awhile on HRT you'll see many physical changes. Especially in the upper body areas as fat is redistributed in either a male or female pattern. What you're probably seeing is muscle atrophy of the muscles running through your neck. Not enough to make it loll to the shoulder, I hope! ;) But, nonetheless, yes, your neck will shrink in diameter.

yeah, my neck is much thinner. I've lost about 60 pounds since taking HRT (I've been on the 'mones since Aug 2006). I lost a lot the first year, and then after that I lost more especially in muscle mass. I also lost chest size, so a ton of my bras don't fit. So, now I'm a 34B.

So, right now I'm about 135-140, I was around 190-200 before. So, yeah, I'm tiny an slim, and I still have some fat on my belly, so I still look healthy even if I've lost a lot of weight. As for lifting heavy stuff, I'm a wuss. LOL

Although I hadn't considered it in terms of specific areas, you're probably right.

When I look in the mirror wearing some new form-fitting item of clothing, I do notice that things are much more female-looking in general.

I'm not even on a formal regimen of HRT -  sublingual Estrofem and spiro each day to maintain sanity.  My doctor's aware and monitoring me, and I'm going to talk to her next week about stopping the self-medication and starting a regular program.

Even with the lightweight HRT I'm doing, I've developed into a 38C.  And that's not supposed to happen at my age (66).

Umm...that's pretty formal for a lot of us I think. :) And I'm not totally convinced that more is better
when it comes to Estrogen but we are all different.
