It may be too late for this to do me any good as I'm getting my implants done this Wed. but who knows what about cohesive gel implants?  I did a lot of research and it seems for now they are the best choice out there.

I had silicon gel implants done at the same time as my grs last month.  I can not feel where the implant starts or ends.  feels quite natural, looks natural.  I'm happy anyway.

Funny you asked.  I just had mine done in April.  Overall I'm quite happy with the results.  Best money I ever spent. I do wish I went a tad bit bigger. No stretch marks or rippling...yet! I can now go shopping and actually have something to fill in blouses with. 🙂
