It is four months until the Transgender Day of Remembrance on Friday
the 21 November 2008. I am asking for those who would like to plan
this years event for the Edmonton area to let me know of your
interest.
Last year I was blessed to work to with Jan in Edmonton, hoping she
will again be a part of our team. We put together the first banner.
Maybe a new one is due and even more.
Let me know your interests in helping out with this.
We would likely meet on a Saturday afternoon around 4 pm at my home
near the Stadium. We would look at having a meeting between now and
the end of August to get to know each other and to discuss what we
would like to do this year. The dates would be either the July 26,
August 9, or 23 pick your best two days.
I would love to see this team also to some ground work for Transweek
of Awareness May 2-9, 2009.
Thank you for taking time to take part in this event.
:)
