Hi all - i have never posted in this forum section before, so if it's not the right place, please tell me, and i'll move it to another section.
The staff here at EQMD is in the process of trying to build up a decent and fairly comprehensive basic support and resource guide for TG Marylanders that as yet may not have access to necessary resources or how to find them.
That's where everyone at Susan's place is VERY welcome to give suggestions and offer whatever input you may have. Please review what has been done thus far in the attached links, and send back any thoughts, ideas, critiques, or anything that you think may be directly beneficial, especially if you live anywhere in the region, such as MD, DE, VA, DC, or PA.
What we have thus far, will be "going live" in the next 24 hours, so anything that you can get in for review in the next day is most important, but keep the ideas and suggestions coming because it is a living document like a Wikipedia, and will be continually updated and modified as it grows and changes to better suit the needs of our communities. Post here in this topic, or email directly to any of the staff listed here at EQMD in regards to this project.
Thanks,
Most Sincerely,
Maryanne Arnow,
EQMD Administrator/Interim Office Manager

Subject: TG Resource Guide - Need your input!
Hi folks!
I'd like to introduce one of our summer interns, David Grant, who comes to us from Florida Gulf Coast University. David has spent a lot of time working on putting together a transgender resource guide that we will feature on our website. This is a living document that we will be able to change as new organizations, services and other appropriate resources come to light or are created.
At this stage, we'd LOVE LOVE LOVE for you all to take a look at it and send us your feedback. What resources are we missing? Are there whole categories that we've overlooked? Do you know of doctors who are particularly good working with transgender patients? Please keep in mind that it is a work in progress and we're adding to it every day.
To view the working draft of the resource guide visit
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=paBye7VIMd5j5sZYBT4u5Pg&gid=0.
There are a number of "sheets" so click through the categories at the top. Please send your feedback and additions to both
david@equalitymaryland.org and
mary@equalitymaryland.org.
Thank you in advance. And thanks to David for his continued work on this.
Mary
