PFLAG at "Love Won Out"

You have to watch this! Saturday morning PFLAG parents (and some people from our National office, too) were in Orlando, Florida, to offer a message of unconditional love for those attending a so-called "Love Won Out" conference which encourages people to become "ex-gay."

I really hate to ask a bunch of stupid questions but what is PFLAG?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P-FLAG is Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, a national organization of LGBTQ community and allies. They do good work.
