"I have been thinking about ENDA and the implications of a version of
ENDA that protected against employment discrimination based on gender
presentation. And I have some concerns. I'll start by hedging a bit: I
do perceive the need for workplace protection. I am also a firm
believer in the legal aphorism "hard cases make bad law"
