I'll probably just be on this board momentarily, as I do not really have a place here, even this feels like an intrusion... I just wanted to thank you for some very, VERY useful information for my recent reasearch assignment. Mostly from useful links in the reference section though, as I am a terrible procrastinator and did not have time to ask any questions of any of you... I wish I had found this place sooner in my research, it seems like such a lovely environment :)

Anyway, many thanks, and wishing you all the best.

Lozza, from Australia~

Hi Monotolang I'm not certain if I met you but I still wish to send a prayer for you to find what you need which was helpful  for what you were seeking and hopefully found to be helpful to you here on Susan's.

Lozza,

Not everyone here naturally falls into the 'transgendered' umbrella. There are cisgendered people here as well. They come, like you, to learn about us, thinking it's better, perhaps, to get their information and opinions about us from observation and interaction than from stories they hear or news or editorials or diatribes they read about us.

They, you, are welcomed with open arms. There are a number of very kewl cisgendered people who are regular Susan's contributors or who pass in and out as they require.

If you like what you've seen here, please, keep coming back. We hardly even met you! :)

Hope the paper gets the highest mark.

Hello, and do come in to exchange info and stories or just to pass the time.

All the best,

Nichole

Thank you for your wonderful reception~ I think I'll stick around :D

I'm hoping I do well, though it's more the principal of the thing, as I've already V-Graded the subject. It's actually a speech on Transgender Discrimination, and I quite enjoy speeches :)

I'll tell y'all how I go when I get the marks :X

My biggest hope is that it might expand the minds of my already rather open-minded peer-group.

Ooooooh. Can't wait to hear how it was received! And I second the prevailing opinions: Stick Around!!! This place is for SOFFA's as well (No, not sofa's!)

"Hee, hee, hee," neat. Me jealous you have a nicer sofa then I do. Well not much of anything looks all that homey here. I get like that when I gets to feeling it's going to be time to move again. Hmmmm I can't go any further west so I guess it's going to be south.
