Shame Julio did not tell his husband he was going to transition before doing it. No matter what was going on you would think his husband deserved to know. Poor guy. Must have been a real sad time.

I love the irony here of what the judge said:

As for the alimony, it stays at $1,250 a month. The Judge in the case said, "Whatever you're born with is what you are."

Maybe now there's a price on it, there'll be a shift to accept that one's gender can be different from one's sex.
