Hi there,

...and yes I did see this topic a few days ago; but I decided to get through my induction of 15 posts
so we colud at least meet face to face. ...And for those of you who may have already spotted some
of my posts, yes I could'nt just get away with "sneaking in" with some one-liners.....

Before I go any further though I have a confession to make; when I registered I had decided that
it was time to take the plunge and finally start my journey to full GRS as I was not getting any
younger, I lost my job, and my relationship had taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunately I have had
some unexpected results back from the doctor that have ruled everthing out for the moment pending
more tests.

But...on the brighter side my partner and I have managed to work out our differences, and re-established
common ground to continue with our life together....and I have been offered a new job, but I'll have to
go back to keeping my male role alive.

So I guess although I have come to the conclusion that I have really been a female inside all my life, if
there are any moderaors out there, you better put me back in the TV category please (I can't find
out how to fix that either).

At this point I was thinking of saying how old I am, but I thought better of it, so you will all have to
accept that I am the wrong side of 40 for any thoughts of ever becoming a Supermodel. ......

..OK ..My outfit in the pic is only afew days old..  So What? .. I can still dream,!... We all know a little
retail therapy is required when your depressed!

In terms of "passing" I still think I have some major hurdles to overcome due to my height, thick neck,
and large head.... But, out and about I don't seem to get many people "reading" me on the street these
days, so I must be making some progress. 

So what can I bring to the forum? I'm not sure yet, but hopefully I can help support the bloggers from
this small damp island in the North Sea (The UK) with some original writing and share some crazy ideas when
I get my moments of inspiration (honest, I do get them sometimes).

That's it for now..So you'll just have to put up with me >

And a "you're welcome" as well. It can be difficult to find out things about a new forum when one doesn't know where to look for the info! I could have used a few pointers when I started here as well!!

Sorry to hear about your medical problem.  I have a medical problem that has hormones temporarily on hold for me too.  Hormones are just one part of the whole journey though, and a problem them doesn't slow me down one bit.

Hi Chrissty,
I am new here as well.  There is so much reading and information here.  I stay on for hours.
I probably will never be able to have srs because of my age but it really doesnt matter much.  I feel that I am a total woman and that is all that matters i suppose. My favorite pastime is shopping of course and getting pedicures and manicures. 

I dont worry about passing too much.  I really have never had a problems going out in public,
Because of my job, going full time would be very difficult.

Oh well, being a lady every minute that I can is the best for now.

I hope in time to be able to make a positive contribution to this wonderful, and active forum....

....However, I realised last night, that I need to put a little more time into sorting some
of my shorter term life issues for the next few days.... So I'll be around, but I may not
be able to keep up with the posting rate I've been hitting so far....
