So, I used to cake on Aloe Vera lotion (the white stuff, not the green stuff) on my hands and arms 3-4 times a day to make my skin really soft, but my arms started growing long, darker hairs so I stopped.  But I might start up again!

Was this a coincidence or does something in the lotion do this? Anyone else done this?

I'd guess it was a coincidence... but heck, I could be wrong. My guess is based upon the fact that there isn't really a magical way to make hair grow on a part of the body. But maybe you made a discovery. Try it on a different part of your body too and a test spot if you want to really see if it's working.
