A quick question

I am preparing to move in with my Boyfriend, and go full-time however I was wondering should I start HRT before or after I begin going full-time. Any advice would be great. Also if anyone is from West Virgina that could help me out in finding some things that would be great to. I kind of can't seem to find anyone in this state (Or at least not in my county) that can help me get started on HRT so yea.

Matter of choice (hopefully, there are some therapists who may insist on RLT first). I started hormones to see how I would react both physically and mentally. How one reacts to those initial changes can be very telling.
