they can refer to a drag queen as she throughout a whole article but can't refer to transgender and ts people properly throughout the whole thing??!!!?? i'm offended, but not really overly shocked at all.

I think because its all about her, and she is proud to be a drag queen.

some of us are proud to be trans, doesn't mean we should have to offended by referred to improperly throughout an entire news article. just one of my pet peeves and why i tend to try and stay out of the news.

I must be missing it, the article refers to Donna as she throughout and does talk about anyone else but political types.

no, Tekla, i'm talking about news articles when they want to talk about the pasts of transsexuals especially, it's he half the article, then it's she the second half, or vice versa. you know that kind of thing. we had a local crossdresser/drag queen here in the news, they referred to her as him improperly throughout the whole article, because all he was is a crossdresser, nothing more, his own mother said all she saw was her son. hope that helps.
