"It's a challenging role and Juliette Garrison in the title role in
Musicals at Richter's production is good, even though there are times
when she isn't convincing as a man. "Victor/Victoria" on opening night
at Richter Park didn't exactly bring down the house. Overall, the cast
is weak with some strong performers pulling up the ranks. Al Recchia
is one such strong performer."
