Well hello guys & gals,

I knows its been a while since I posted on here anyhooo I will get straight to the point no point of running around the houses..

I got my T prescription on the 12th May this year and I asked Dr Curtis about the time of the month and when it should approx stop arriving the dreaded thing.. He basically said that if you are menstruating when you first take it then you shouldn't have another one if you do the next month then that is fine.. it all depends on the person how ever if you start bleeding again then I should contact him asap.. so that's all good and fine I thought maybe two more times I could possibly deal with..

I had my first shot whilst i was menstruating and had another period this month and since then i have been bleeding on and off most recently for about over a week now.. its not like a normal period as its not a strong at all.. and I don't really know why this is happening to me. I'm on 1ml of T every two weeks..

Could someone tell me whats happening at all if you have experienced this..??

Also the reason why I haven't contacted him is because i have been away for a week and his office is only open when im actually at work...

I'm quite besides myself.  ???

Hey Jay. Nice to see you. As you know, I'm not on T but I had stuff like that when I was on the pill. Sounds as though your period is 'shorting out' as it were. I'd bet it's normal to do that before it stops completely but course, I defer to the experienced T guys.

Welp, I wouldnt worry about it if you just started BUT if it lasts any longer Id probably go check it out. Once I took my first shot, I never had it again so I cant relate much.

Same thing happened to me for about 2 weeks. It was really really light, almost unnoticable. It's completely normal and it should be over anytime now. Congrats on the T man!!  ;D

I started T on May 15.  I'm experiencing the same thing you are right now.

I'm not on T yet but plan on having the offending parts removed ASAP, like pretty much the same time I start T.  I should only have like 1, 2 max left.  Won't miss it!

Sorry, no answer for ya.

After my first injection I had one more, then after that I have never had another one (been on it over a year now) although sometimes I do still get the physical symptoms I used to get before I had one (lower back pain and cramps) but this could be due to me having a fibroid. From what I have read on various threads it varies how quickly "they" stop from persons to person. Some people never have another after first or second shot and others have been known to be still having them (if only very light) for months after. Congratulations on starting on T by the way. I have never looked back or had any regrets and am starting to get some really decent facial and body hair now. I think the main thing is to be patient, I was forever checking for new hair growth etc daily but it took time but it comes in fits and starts and is worth it in the end.

ahh i just went through this ->-bleeped-<-... worst thing in the world.  i had it the day i got my first shot, a month later... and then this past week.  so i went two months without and thought it was gone.

i've been on the lowest dosage, going up this week.

so yeah, unfortunately its normal.
